Welcome!
You are on the homepage of the electronic whistleblower system of Woolworth Česká republika s.r.o.

The management has commissioned PARK Compliance Services GmbH, in particular the lawyer Dr Eggers, to set up and operate the whistleblower system. Dr Tobias Eggers is also the person of trust under the Czech Whistleblower Protection Act. Dr Eggers will receive your information and confirm receipt. He will then hand over the information in full for further processing and clarification of the information to our internal confidential counsellor in the Czech Republic, Ms Eva Šimáková, who has been appointed in accordance with the Czech Whistleblower Protection Act and who has also been appointed as a confidential counsellor in accordance with the Czech Whistleblower Protection Act. The above-mentioned confidential counsellors may share information about the whistleblower as well as information within the scope of their assessment. In their role as internal confidential counsellors, the confidential counsellors are independent and not bound by instructions.

You can submit information via our whistleblower system if you receive information about compliance violations in connection with your professional activity or in advance of a professional activity. Compliance violations are actions that constitute a criminal offence or administrative offence for which the law provides for a fine of at least CZK 100,000, or possible violations of the laws specified in Section 2 (1) of Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers, as amended ("Czech Whistleblower Protection Act") and our internal company guidelines (e.g. Code of Conduct).

You can submit the report in Czech, German, English or any other language you prefer.

Who can submit a report:

Employees as well as business partners and all other persons mentioned in Section 2(1) of Law No. 171/2023 who have knowledge of potential compliance violations can report them via our internal reporting channel.

  • The system preserves the confidentiality of the identity of the persons referred to in section 20 (2) of Law no. 171/2023, i.e. in particular that of the whistleblower.
  • All information is encrypted end-to-end so that your sensitive information is secure.
  • In the login area, you can track the processing status of your report and keep in touch with the internal liaison officers.

Which topic do you want to report on?

This reporting office applies to all violations under Section 2(1) of Act No. 171/2023, i.e. violations that constitute a criminal offence or an administrative offence for which the law provides for a fine, the upper limit of which is at least CZK 100,000, or violations of the law itself. In addition, certain violations of laws and directly applicable legal acts of the EU and the European Atomic Energy Community can also be reported.

To report such offences, please select the categories "Offences against criminal law" or "Offences against administrative offences". If you cannot find your topic explicitly, please select "Other offences under section 2 (1) of Law no. 171/2023" from the list.

If you wish to report a violation of our internal company guidelines, such as our Code of Conduct, please select "Violations of internal company guidelines".

You can report human rights or environmental risks or violations of human rights or environmental obligations via the Woolworth GmbH electronic reporting channel. You can access this via the link provided here.

All reports of possible compliance violations will be treated seriously and carefully. Whistleblowers who provide information to the best of their knowledge and belief will be protected by the company against discrimination and reprisals to the best of their ability. However, anyone who makes a report without having reasonable grounds to believe that it is based on truthful information (knowingly false report) does not deserve our protection. Knowingly false information can in turn result in civil, labour and criminal penalties. If your report does not fall into one of these categories and another contact person is therefore responsible for your case, you will receive confidential feedback.
