Compliance violations are actions that constitute a criminal offence or administrative offence for which the law provides for a fine of at least CZK 100,000, or possible violations of the laws specified in Section 2 (1) of Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers, as amended ("Czech Whistleblower Protection Act") and our internal company guidelines (e.g. Code of Conduct).

Which topic do you want to report on?
This reporting office applies to all violations under Section 2(1) of Act No. 171/2023, i.e. violations that constitute a criminal offence or an administrative offence for which the law provides for a fine, the upper limit of which is at least CZK 100,000, or violations of the law itself. In addition, certain violations of laws and directly applicable legal acts of the EU and the European Atomic Energy Community can also be reported.
